Jade DECROIX - General Secretary, HR Manager and Quality Manager at ESCP Junior Consulting

When I joined ESCP Junior Conseil, my objective was twofold: to give life to the ambitions of professionals from various sectors, and to seize the opportunity to grow as an individual. After one year, I can say that this choice was the right one. I had the opportunity to work both on the launch of start-ups in the field of education and agribusiness, but also with established companies in niche markets such as bibliographic databases or habitat.

I chose to do an internship at the Mission Enterprises of the General Directorate of Customs to perpetuate this commitment: giving companies the means to develop.

For the academic year 2021-2022, I dedicated myself to developing the London branch of our Junior Enterprise as General Secretary, Head of HR and Quality Manager.

Being able to combine all three responsibilities is not an easy task as it requires organization and dedication. But I am confident that it is worth it: we recruited 4 new and talented project managers for the year to come and the future of our company is bright.

My position offers a wide array of responsibilities, at the heart of our structure, among which:

• Conceiving and spearheading the recruitment process
• As member of the board, taking decisions for the structure
• Checking the compliance of all internal and external documents (among which letter of missions) with our standards
• Organizing meetings and keeping records of missions conducted by our project managers

To conclude, I will say that I am glad to be part of a Junior Enterprise I firmly believe in. Being a woman of my word, it is paramount for me to be convinced by what I do. ESCP Junior Consulting, being rigorous yet creative while caring for clients never disappointed me, and I am sure it will satisfy you too.
