Satisfaction survey for an establishment in the construction field and in particular for the concrete industry in London

Our mission consisted in carrying out a satisfaction survey among CERIB's clients. CERIB is an institution created in 1997 jointly by the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the request of the Federation of Industry and Concrete.
CERIB's missions are certification, standardisation and regulation, advice and expertise.
During the mission, we determined the strengths of CERIB but also its weaknesses in order to improve the customer feedback and the services of our client. Our mission had 3 main objectives.
The first objective was to carry out a satisfaction survey (with a focus on open questions) among customers.
The second objective was to use the results to find out whether everyone in the concrete industry knows our client and its status. This step also served to collect opinions on the quality and usefulness of your services.
Finally, the third objective was to deliver a qualitative study of the bank branch sector.
