Ines ALAGY - Chief Executive of ESCP Junior Consulting
My name is Inès and I am currently in my second year of a Master in Management Program at ESCP Business School in London, with a specialization in Investment Banking.
This year I decided to take on a new challenge as the Chief Executive of ESCP Junior Consulting in London, the oldest French junior Enterprise.
In concrete terms, I am in charge of the treasury, partners and the external strategy (Business development) of our enterprise as the Managing and Financial Director of the London division.
Working at ESCP Junior Conseil means working in joy, the joy of exchanging and challenging yourself.
As soon as I joined our Junior Entreprise "ESCP Junior Conseil" located in the heart of Paris in October 2020, I quickly became aware of its assets.
The Junior Entreprise is both a great hard-working team and a real springboard that helped me to perfect my knowledge of the business world and especially of the Strategy Consulting sector.
I have learnt to be flexible and to manage simultaneous assignments within tight deadlines, such as benchmarks and business plans, and to use my business knowledge and solid PackOffice skills on various assignments.
Combining capacity for action, efficiency and human values is realised on a daily basis at ESCP Junior Consulting.
The values of our association (excellence, involvement, responsiveness) are those that I myself try to embody every day.
Thanks to the intensive trainings provided by our partners (Sia Partners, Oliver Wyman, BCG) and my recent internship in private equity, I have quickly acquired a solid and unique know-how thanks to an exponential learning curve.
My leadership has pushed me to take important initiatives and to lead innovative strategies to give a new impulse to our structure.
To me, being part of this association also means contributing to a project that grows every day by helping each other and working hand in hand. I will continue to feed this spirit in our division in London, convinced that a well-understood solidarity guarantees everyone the conditions for their own success.
I am a firm believer that "luck only favours the well-prepared". Thanks to the versatility of the training that our Junior offers and my proactive personality, I know that I will be well prepared to seize great opportunities.
